Termination and Refunds
Customers may terminate a Gas Cap under extenuating circumstances, subject to the sole discretion of GasLimit.
A Customer wishing to terminate a Gas Cap purchase must do so by written notice directed to at the address
GasLimit, Inc.
Upon termination, Customer will be refunded all monies paid for any remaining full unused months of any terminated Gas Cap(s).
For example, if Customer purchases a 6-month Gas Cap and elects to terminate the Gas Cap five weeks into the 6-month term, Customer will retain the Gas Cap for the remaining three weeks of the second month and will be refunded for the remaining unused 4 months.
